    • Led design of AI.iCliniq - end-to-end UX for 12+ AI-powered healthcare products including iCliniq Empower, DrugSense, Condition Compass, Rudo, Unified TES, and a Voice Agent - across cohesive dark and light theme ecosystems.
    • Designed intuitive patient and clinician dashboards for Kornia Health (Brazil) and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York), improving usability and operational efficiency for international enterprise clients.
    • Redesigned critical iCliniq user journeys - Homepage, Ask a Doctor, Q&A, Health Tools, Doctor Listings, Profiles, Article Pages - contributing to a 30% increase in user engagement and a 40% reduction in bounce rates.
    • Established and scaled a full design system (tokens, components, typography, interaction patterns) ensuring consistency across multiple AI-driven products and platforms.
    • Bridged design and engineering by building working prototypes with Figma Make, Google AI Studio, and Antigravity - delivering the Directus analytics dashboard end-to-end (UI + data graphs) directly to developers.
    • Designed marketing websites and campaign assets in Framer for Perpendicular.Health and Evals, plus pharma client deliverables for Merck, TRODELVY, and BIKTARVY.
    • Used AI-powered tools (Claude, Cursor, Bolt.new, Lovable) to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping and design iterations.
